Learning is delicious! 😋
About me
I am a doctoral candidate in instructional systems and learning technology (ISLT) at Florida State University.
My research interests center around collaborative learning behaviors in informal environments. I care about how individuals seek and share information online, naturally form teams and communities, and engage in collaborative activities such as peer review. Correspondingly, I am interested in how technology and design facilitate these processes.
An archive of my research projects and collaborations.
A collection of everyday writing pieces.
Fun facts time for first-time self-introduction.
A record of my teaching and design philosophy and experience.
A typical boring curriculum vitae but useful for finding a job (hopefully).
Art is the alternative spirit of a scientist.
A record of my service and leadership experience.
As a first-generation female PhD student, I am still exploring and understanding how difficult it is at every step of my journey. I try to make my progress as transparent as possible to individuals like me - making progress is never as easy and glamorous as we typically see on traditional CVs.
